Scott Return Policy?
getscott.io offers a return policy that is customer-friendly. Purchases from the site are eligible for free returns within 30 days of the order date. The return shipment fee of $6.95 is waived for these returns. Returns are also accepted until 90 days from the order date, but the return shipment fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns made between 31-90 days of the order date.
Please note that final sale items and bikes are excluded from this return policy. Also, items returned more than 90 days after the order date or items that are used and/or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted for return.
To return any bikes or e-bikes that were ordered online from the site and picked up at a dealer, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
For the return process, please return the product in the original packaging including all documents, tags, and/or product labels. Mark the item you wish to return on the return note and specify a return reason. Put the product you wish to return and the return note into the box and seal the box.
For customers located in the lower 48 states, a return label can be created at the specified site. Once the form is filled out, a return shipping label can be printed. The label will also be received via email. If unable to print the label, the local FedEx location can print the label by scanning the QR code emailed with the shipping label. Stick the return label on the outside of the box (preferably over the shipping label) and issue your parcel to the nearest FedEx drop-off location. Keep the deposit receipt.
